📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and edit technical documents, manuals, and other written materials.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Review and revise existing documents to improve clarity and usability.,Assist in the development of training materials and guides for customers and employees.,Work with graphic designers to ensure consistency in visual elements within documents.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of internal processes related to documentation.,Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and product descriptions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience in creating user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documents.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
