PT Berkah Astrid is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Handle maintenance and repair requests, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and company policies.
