Pacific Finance is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and initiatives.
