As an IT Business Analyst at Rising Tide Digital, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending technology solutions that align with our clients' goals. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document business requirements using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather and validate requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or similar industry-recognized certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
