📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and staff scheduling.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.,Experience with inventory management and control.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
