Jaya Sari Store is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents.,Ensure that technical documentation is up-to-date and aligned with product updates.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and case studies.,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical content.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
