Duta Lestari Gadget is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking meals for our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare and maintain food and beverage inventory.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow kitchen policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the head chef.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.Time management and organization skills.Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.Teamwork and collaboration skills.Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
