📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage engineering operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement engineering projects to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and internal departments, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and analyze engineering performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop and execute long-term engineering strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance engineering operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with agribusiness operations and industry-specific engineering challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
