📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Assistant Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Train and develop store staff to achieve sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budget and ensure financial targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
