📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and organizing banquet events.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth execution of events.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements, catering, and decor.,Assist in the preparation and execution of event programs and schedules.,Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure they are within allocated limits.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Maintain a clean and well-organized event space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event coordination.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for event planning.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
