Bidang Zahra Dental Clinic is looking for a Deputy HR Staff to join our team. As a Deputy HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing the human resources of our clinic. This position offers a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee leave and attendance management.,Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Support the HR Manager in the performance management process.,Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
