📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.,Support the IT team in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on IT system performance and availability.,Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on new IT tools and systems.,Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with IT helpdesk software and tools.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.PowerShellBash).Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.Familiarity with IT asset management tools.Ability to document and communicate technical information effectively.Strong customer service and support skills.Experience with IT security tools and practices.
