📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
• Work alongside the Head Mechanic to ensure efficient operations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mechanic or similar role.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license (preferred).
• Willingness to undergo training and certification programs.
