📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
