📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular visits to distribution points to ensure smooth operations.,Prepare and submit reports on distribution activities and performance metrics.,Identify and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution practices is a plus.,Must be willing to travel frequently to distribution points.
