In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 staff members, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will use tools like Microsoft Teams for communication, and QuickBooks for financial management. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned floor, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, bellmen, and concierge staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Use Microsoft Teams for communication and QuickBooks for financial management.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for the assigned floor.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Participate in shift meetings and team briefings to address any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a hotel setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Balinese culture and heritage is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
