• Oversee the end-to-end returns process, from initiation to resolution, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor the returns management team, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Implement and monitor data analytics tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement best practices for returns management, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze returns data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with the logistics team to optimize returns logistics and reduce shipping costs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving returns issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in returns management or a similar role in the logistics or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and e-commerce logistics.
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
