📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
