📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high standards of service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and execution of the store's strategic plan.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
