🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
