Hotel Vera Shop is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Admin Cashier to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent theft and loss.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier or administrative roles in hospitality or retail.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to train and develop staff.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
