Fresh Mart Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, and leading a team of QC Inspectors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Leading and mentoring a team of QC Inspectors to maintain high-quality standards.,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.,Investigating and resolving quality issues to prevent recurrence.,Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes.,Providing training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality regulations.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards and regulations.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid food safety certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
