📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to operations.,Provide assistance in training and developing new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with operational processes and procedures.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
