📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady supply of materials and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies as needed.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, contract management, and supplier evaluation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
