📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for ingredients and supplies.,Maintaining and updating supplier relationships.,Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.,Ensuring timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Monitoring and controlling procurement costs.,Preparing and managing procurement reports and documentation.,Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Collaborating with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other procurement software.,Good understanding of food and beverage industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
