Hotel Rama Bakso is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.,Provide regular reports on client interactions and business performance.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with trends.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and agreements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its key players.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
