Draco International is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to lead our workplace safety culture. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees. You will develop and implement safety programs, conduct safety inspections, and provide training to employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure a safe work environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a safety culture.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.,Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and evaluate safety performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.,Ensure all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are in good condition and properly used.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably in a similar industry.,Certification in safety management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong leadership and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using safety management software and tools.
