📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
