Metta Welfare Association is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Executive to join our team at our Elderly Care & Day Rehab Centre in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, providing excellent administrative support to our staff and clients.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about elderly care and has a strong background in administrative work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain all administrative records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.,Provide excellent administrative support to the centre's staff and clients.,Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.,Manage the centre's budget and financial records.,Organize and schedule appointments and events.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or welfare setting.,Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with healthcare or elderly care would be an advantage.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
