📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide strategic business advisory to high-net-worth clients and institutions, helping them to achieve their financial goals and objectives.,Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability for the wealth management business.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.,Monitor industry trends and developments, and advise the business on appropriate responses.,Lead and mentor a team of business advisors, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and capabilities.,Collaborate with other departments within HSBC to ensure that the wealth management business is aligned with the overall strategy of the bank.,Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's business plan and annual budget.,Represent HSBC at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in business advisory, wealth management, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian wealth management industry and the regulatory environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the HSBC Group's products and services is desirable.
