📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record in leadership and team management.,Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
