Woodlands Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager for Facilities Management to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.,Ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Work closely with our management team to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and service.,Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, including cleaning crews, maintenance personnel, and security personnel.,Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain facility budgets and expenses.,Ensure that all facility staff are properly trained and certified.,Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, with a strong background in hotel or resort operations.,Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising facility staff.,Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to facilities management is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
