Senior Product Manager - ESG Ratings & Rankings

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our ESG Ratings and Rankings products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead the development and enhancement of ESG Ratings and Rankings products.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that our products meet their expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies to ensure that our products remain competitive and relevant.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of product development and performance.
• Manage and mentor junior product managers to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.
• Ensure that our products comply with relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ESG criteria and their importance in the investment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior product managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
