The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and providing excellent leadership to the crew.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels,Plan and execute navigation routes, considering weather, tidal conditions, and traffic regulations,Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems to ensure compliance with safety standards,Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all crew members are trained and certified,Monitor and report on vessel performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs,Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and company policies,Provide excellent leadership to the crew, fostering a safe and productive work environment,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of cargo

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Ship Master (Kapten),Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent,Proven track record of safe and efficient maritime operations,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions,Familiarity with cargo operations and handling procedures,Experience with vessel maintenance and repair
