📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Stock and organize products on the sales floor to ensure a well-presented store.,Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.,Promote products and special offers to customers.,Work with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
