📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and relaxation.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary spa environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs.
  • Maintain and organize the spa's inventory, ensuring all supplies are stocked and used efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest spa trends and techniques, continuously improving your skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of spa policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Certification in a recognized spa therapy program (e.g., Reflexology, Massage Therapy, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
  • Enthusiasm for wellness and a passion for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests.
  • Valid work permit for Papua Barat, Indonesia.
