📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage software delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the work of development, testing, and deployment teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our delivery processes are cutting-edge and efficient.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software delivery, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing Agile teams.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certifications is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with software development tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker is a plus.
