📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the Tasikmalaya and Cirebon regions.
• Manage and supervise a team of sales promotion officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets and objectives.
• Work closely with the sales team, distribution channels, and marketing departments to ensure that our products are promoted effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze sales promotion performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our sales promotion strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that support our sales promotion goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Tasikmalaya and Cirebon regions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of sales promotion tools and techniques, including trade promotions, consumer promotions, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
