Cosem HR Capital And Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Safety & Crisis Management Specialist to join our Emergency Response Team (ERT) in the beautiful region of Badung, Bali, Indonesia. This critical role requires a professional who is passionate about ensuring safety and effectively managing crises. You will be part of a dedicated team that responds to emergencies and ensures the well-being of our community.
As an ERT Member, you will play a pivotal role in our emergency response operations. Your daily tasks will include conducting risk assessments, developing emergency plans, and coordinating with local authorities and emergency services. You will use tools like SAP ERP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and communicate effectively.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop emergency response plans.
- Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and other stakeholders during crises.
- Provide on-site support during emergencies to ensure the safety of individuals and assets.
- Monitor and analyze emergency situations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on emergency protocols and safety procedures.
- Utilize SAP ERP and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
- Participate in drills and simulations to enhance emergency response capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and best practices in crisis management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Emergency Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety and crisis management.
- Certification in NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Proven experience in coordinating emergency response efforts.
- Strong knowledge of local emergency protocols and regulations in Bali.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
