Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including project managers, executives, and end-users.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ERP solutions and project management.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects using SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
