📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee inbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient receipt of goods from suppliers.
• Manage a team of 10-15 logistics professionals, providing guidance and support for their daily tasks.
• Utilize SAP and JDA to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct inventory management and perform regular audits to maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.
• Analyze logistics performance data using Oracle ERP to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and promote eco-friendly practices within the logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between inbound, outbound, and warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics management, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or similar professional certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP, JDA, and Oracle ERP for logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.
